During school holiday periods we can match children and teens interested in exploring new languages and new cultures for three-week exchanges between Ireland France, Germany, and Spain. Unlike many foreign exchange programs, during Chez Nous exchanges each child takes a turn to travel and live with their exchange partner's family. The cultural and language exchange programmes between Irish students and French exchange students and their respective families can lead to life long friendships, enhanced understanding of the role of a foreign language, increased motivation in school and improved grades in Leaving Cert French oral exams.
